Introduction

Russia is a country in Eastern Europe with Moskou as its capital. It is the largest country in landmass in Europe, stretching all the way trough the Asian Continent making it the largest country in the world.

Russia is known for its natural resources, pristine wilderness in icy mountainous regions.

In 1991, after the dissolution of the USSR the country became the Russian Federation. In 20214 Russia occupied Crimea and raised conflicts in the Donbas Region.

Currently, Russia is at war with Ukraine since 2022.
