  • Commercial / campaigncommercial
    License terms

    Grants commercial use in the channels, territory, and term confirmed in the approved request (e.g. advertising, brand campaign, paid social, out-of-home, internal corporate communications with external audience). Includes one campaign cycle unless extended in writing. Credit as specified in the contract or media plan.

    Restrictions

    No resale, stock redistribution, or template marketplaces. No sublicensing. No AI model training. Exclusivity, talent releases, and property releases are not included unless explicitly listed. Upgrade required for broadcast national buys, global rollout, or product packaging at scale.

  • Custom / project licensecustom
    License terms

    Custom scope, pricing, and delivery defined in the approved request and any signed contract. This template marks the request for manual review under the Open Media Usage Policy. No rights are granted until status is approved or fulfilled.

    Restrictions

    All restricted uses (agency syndication, bulk extraction, AI training, exclusive buy-out, sublicensing) require explicit written agreement beyond this placeholder template.

  • Editorial / publicationeditorial
    License terms

    Grants one editorial or informational publication use in the media and territory confirmed in the request. Includes online news, documentary context, criticism, and non-advertorial features. Requires visible credit: © Photographer / Corvin with link to the source page when online. No use in paid advertising, packaging, or brand campaigns unless upgraded to a commercial license. No exclusive rights unless stated in writing.

    Restrictions

    No syndication to third-party image libraries. No AI training or dataset inclusion. No cropping that misrepresents subject or context without approval. One primary publication plus reasonable social promotion with attribution unless otherwise agreed.

  • Institutional / educationinstitutional
    License terms

    Grants use by a named institution for report, exhibition, archive, classroom, or non-commercial public programme purposes within the agreed term and territory. Attribution required. Suitable for museum panels, annual reports, research publications with limited print run, and educational handouts.

    Restrictions

    Not for paid advertising or merchandise. No transfer to commercial publishers without a separate license. Digital archive access limited to the requesting organisation unless multi-site rights are purchased.
